The latest project of Zhongshan Yunchuan Medical Technology Co., Ltd.: new medical polymer silicone. Solid silicone rubber can replace bone or cartilage as a tissue filler or scaffold material; foam silicone rubber can replace human fat tissue and repair the human face. Subcutaneous tissue defects and deformities; thin-film silicone rubber can be used as a substitute for tendon sheaths; liquid silicone rubber, also known as silicone oil, can be injected into craniofacial depressions and deformities in outpatient clinics for treatment, and can also be used for Endotracheal Tube, Foley Catheters, and dialysis tubes , nasal cannula, cochlear implants and other medical device fields.
This project adopts the fully automatic international advanced technology of Dow Corning in the United States. It has high technological content and high added value, and its technical equipment has reached the domestic advanced level. The project will start construction in February 2022, the silicone is being debugged, and will be put into production in June 2023. It can achieve annual sales revenue of 4-billion-yuan, tax revenue of more than 200 million yuan, and provide 750 jobs.
